In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean START OVER MOVEMENT HOLDINGS LTD, and "you" means the person using this website.
This website is an information website about the Start Over Movement, the Start Over Book Series and the people behind it, and it carries one form, the Start Over Co Author Application. You cannot buy anything on this website. There is no checkout, no subscription and no payment page here.
The books themselves are sold through Amazon. When you follow a link to a book, you leave this website and buy from Amazon under Amazon's own terms and conditions, and your order, payment, delivery, returns and customer service for that purchase are matters between you and Amazon. We are not the seller on that transaction.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement. By applying you confirm that you are applying on your own behalf and that the information you give us is accurate and your own.
Submitting the co-author application does not create any contract between us, and it is not a booking, a reservation or a promise of a place. It is an application, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion, and we are not obliged to give reasons.
If we do want to work with you, the terms of that arrangement, including anything you are asked to pay, anything you are asked to deliver, the editorial process, the publication timetable and the rights in your contribution, are set out in a separate written agreement between you and us. That agreement, not this website, governs the co-author relationship. Nothing written on this website forms part of it or overrides it.
We may change, pause or close applications at any time.
The content on this website, including stories, testimonials, results and examples from co-authors and event attendees, is provided for general information and inspiration. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
Examples of what other people have achieved are not promises of what you will achieve. Outcomes depend on many things outside our control, including your own effort, circumstances and market conditions. Being published does not guarantee sales, bestseller status, income, media coverage or any other result. We use third-party platforms to run parts of this website, including the provider that hosts the application form, our hosting and content delivery providers and the reviews widget on our home and testimonials pages. This website also links out to other websites, including Amazon and WhatsApp. We do not control those platforms and websites, we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
