Judith M. Migchels

Judith M. Migchels is a seasoned global corporate executive, former CEO, and board-level leader with a distinguished career in complex international environments. An alumna of the Eindhoven University of Technology, she holds a strong engineering foundation and further strengthened her strategic and financial leadership capabilities through an MBA from a prestigious U.S. institution.

Judith built her executive career at leading multinationals including Shell and DSM, where she operated at the highest levels of corporate governance and decision-making. She served as Global General Manager and Board Director within Shell, carrying full P&L responsibility and leading a billion-dollar business across multiple countries. In these roles, she steered large-scale organisations through growth, transformation, and strategic repositioning, managing complex stakeholder landscapes, global teams, and capital-intensive operations.

Following her corporate executive career, Judith successfully transitioned into entrepreneurship, investment, and advisory leadership. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Different Coaching, an international coaching and advisory firm supporting executives, leaders, founders, and organisations navigating growth, complexity, and transition. In parallel, Judith is an active private equity and angel investor, with a strong focus on female-led businesses, inclusive leadership, and sustainable value creation.

She is closely involved with multiple startups and scale-ups, frequently serving on advisory boards, where she brings a rare combination of board-level governance experience, operational leadership, human capital insight, and investor perspective. A recognised advocate for female empowerment and leadership equity, Judith contributes globally as a speaker, mentor, author, and trusted advisor - known for combining strategic sharpness with deep human insight.

Theresa Coon

Theresa Conrad is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in the social work sector, with a focus on supporting children, youth, and families. She also serves as a certified fitness instructor and life coach, applying an integrated, whole-person approach to wellness, resilience, and personal development. Theresa is the author of a children’s book and works as a consultant supporting individuals with justice-involved backgrounds through coaching and structured guidance on their healing and reintegration journeys. Her work is grounded in ethical practice, accountability, and evidence-informed approaches, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainable outcomes and long-term personal growth.

Sherry Double

Sherry Double is The FireproofCEO™, a quick thinking, solutions first founder and operator with 20+ years of experience across real estate investment and development and fintech. She is known for turning complex deals into clear decisions, with strength in underwriting, deal structuring, capitalization, and financial modeling.

She founded a real estate brokerage and co founded a fintech firm, helping build operating systems and R&D infrastructure from the ground up. Her market fluency across venture capital, private equity, and banking comes through advisory and client exposure, with a strong understanding of how companies are structured, funded, and scaled. Sherry also embodies the Start Over comeback philosophy.

When a day surgery nearly cost her life and financial and emotional betrayal threatened to take her down, she chose to rise, share her story, and encourage others that a comeback is possible. A Start Over co author and international speaker, she serves on the Start Over Movement LLP Advisory Board and supports HQ Toronto franchise expansion, bringing calm leadership under pressure, fast pivots, and practical execution that moves teams from chaos to clarity.

Dianne Tremblay is a seasoned strategic advisor to founders and CEOs building high-growth companies across health tech, AI, medical devices, and human performance. With more than 25 years of experience, she is known for engineering go-to-market strategy, scaling revenue, and accelerating growth through strategic partnerships and global distribution.

Often described as “the confidante behind clarity,” Dianne works closely with leadership teams at critical stages to translate vision into disciplined execution. Her track record includes organizations scaled from zero to $20M in under three years, 900% growth in two years, and 2000% expansion in under three.

Having founded and scaled companies herself, Dianne brings calm authority, commercial rigor, and uncompromising integrity to every engagement. She helps leaders build companies that are resilient, scalable, and built to endure—creating results that stand the test of growth and time.

Mark Conrad

Mark Conrad is a seasoned business leader with over twenty-five years of experience in ownership and senior management roles. His work spans leadership development, financial stewardship, team building, and guiding organizations through periods of growth, adversity, and reinvention.

Coaching began for Mark on the sidelines of youth sports, where his focus evolved from performance to mindset, identity, and inner strength. That journey is leading him toward certified relationship coaching in 2026.

Together with Theresa, they are building “The Rebuild Collectives” a coaching space for those ready to tell the truth, reclaim themselves, and rebuild their lives with clarity and purpose.
