This disclaimer applies to Start Over live events and experiences. You cannot buy a ticket on this website; tickets are sold on the event pages for each city. If you register for or attend a Start Over event, these terms apply to you, alongside our Terms and Conditions and our Earnings and Income Disclaimer.

All ticket purchases, including General Admission, VIP and Super VIP, are non-refundable. Free tickets, including those obtained through a promotion or with a book purchase, hold no cash value and are not transferable unless we say otherwise in writing.
If you are a consumer, nothing here removes any refund or cancellation right you have by law.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own travel, flights, accommodation, meals and any related costs. If an event is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled for any reason, we do not reimburse flights, hotels, transport or other personal expenses. Book flexibly if that matters to you.
We may change the schedule, the content, the speakers, the venue or the format where we need to. Changes of that kind are not grounds for a refund.
We are not liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by things beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, government restrictions, travel disruption, illness or other circumstances we could not reasonably have foreseen or prevented.
By attending you accept the ordinary risks that come with taking part. The organisers, hosts, speakers, sponsors and venue are not responsible for loss of or damage to your personal property. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Start Over events are educational and inspirational. Strategies, insights and personal experiences are shared, and no guarantee is made about income, business success, brand growth, book sales or any personal outcome. What you get out of it depends on your own effort, experience and what you do afterwards.
Our events are photographed and recorded. By attending, you agree that your image, voice and contributions may appear in photography, audio and video used for promotional, educational or commercial purposes, without payment to you. If you would prefer not to appear, tell a member of the team when you arrive and we will do what we reasonably can to accommodate you.
Start Over events deal with personal and sometimes painful stories, and everyone in the room deserves to feel safe. We may remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, abusive or inappropriate, without a refund.
